I have a problem with the CD player in my 2009 Fiesta (basically it needs replacing) 

I can purchase a replacement head unit from eBay but someone has suggested I might have to also buy a new display panel and fascia too because the three separate parts need to all be paired. 

Could anyone clarify this? Ideally I just want get the head unit.
