Bluenose1976 Posted June 24, 2017 Share Posted June 24, 2017 Hi all I have a 1.2 fiesta 2005. Problem I'm having is expansion tank overflowing when car heats up. No fan kicks in and temp gauge reading normal. If I turn heaters on full fluid drops. Rac came out to it said water pump fine and head gasket ok . He said it must be thermostat.
