I have recently bought X reg 2000 mondeo st200.Just recently has begun to have a whinning engine along with a funky smell.Checked the belts to see if rubbing on anything but no joy, also dont no if this related but sometimes revs idle high when braking to change down gear.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
