Hi,

I know the car is new and under warranty but before making a fool of myself is their anything obvious I should check as to why its not working?

The driver one is fine however the passenger button simply doesnt even display the lights when pressed and no heat going into the seat. I'm assuming that means its something power related or lack of?

Do they share a common fuse?

Is it plugged it properly? (Should be a multi plug under the seat somewhere)

Yeah I'd check for any loose connections under the seat, but if that's not it just take it to Ford, that's what the warranty is for :)

Well checked the connections and even just changed the fuse (just in case) and nothing.

So thats my limit and like Phil 87 says I've booked it in with Ford. Something tells me this won't be a simple job as seems to be lacking power ..from experience electrical problems tend to be the more complex one.

Pleased to report this got fixed. Faulty connector so I was told and fixed the same day it went in which was pleasing.

Glad it got sorted. Like you said so many electrical problems need major work.
