03 plate fusion petrol 1400cc

Cool , Need a bit of help with a fusion i have been fighting with for a week !
P0643 Sensor Reference Voltage A Circuit High
Car comes up with EAC fail on the dash and rev's start to go up and down and cuts out after you rev the engine .
Have fitted new electronic pedal switch and gone through all multi-plugs and cannot find any broken or lose terminals
Any one had the same issues or fixed such a problem
Thanks in advance
