Thanks for reading this! OK...behind the glove box...when you let it down...you will find wiring. Better said you will find

a black and white “wires” running horizontal.  I cut these  by mistake....I have no idea what they do. Freaking out...then I looked at the wire and get this...there was no wire in them!....no wire...they have noting in them. Empty. I have no idea what they do or can do. If you have an idea or can tell why they would put wire in a truck with not wire in it I will be forever grateful. What do this “wire” do??????
