Steering wheel dragging to the right

Hi I need some advise please, I took my Ford Fiesta titanium 2012 in for it’s MOT yesterday, I was expecting to have the front tyres replaced as very worn, everything else was fine with the car, the garage advised the the two front tyres and the drivers rear be replaced and that tracking should be also done after the new tyres are replaced. I agreed to the work and picked the car up after paying just over £300 for the lot. As I drove it home I noticed the steering was dragging heavily to the right!, I took it straight back to the garage and they ran another alignment test, they said it was all good but I insisted they took it for a drive to see what I was experiencing.. they agreed something wasn’t right and I’m having to take the car back to them tomorrow for further checks. My issue is there wasn’t this problem before I took the car into the garage so will I be liable to pay more for further repairs?  I feel this is something they haven’t done properly.

When you say dragging...do you mean the car is pulling to the right?  Or that the steering wheel is turned right while you're going in a straight line?

It does sound like an alignment issue which should be fixed by them free of charge as it wasn't done right first time.
