My 2019 Edge St Line front seat heating has failed . Taken to local dealers & they have ordered 2 new heating elements under warranty after only 12427 miles. Anyone else had this?

Also my heated steering wheel gets too hot where I have to turn it off. My previous Mondeo had the same feature , but was not like this.
