Car stopped working and battery was completely dead, but jump started fine.

Next its completely dead again BUT 2 dash lights were flickering fast ( hazard and passenger airbag) nothing else worked. 

Once again jumped fine.

 

Then died AGAIN ! Jumped it again, but this time it started bunny hopping and losing power on way home. 

Totally dead again and again this flashing lights on Dash.

 

Code that comes up on plug in is POA94

Something about Dc/DC invertor.

 

Any ideas? Battery and Alternator both new and working fine. Car has had ALOT spent in it and dont want to spend much more:(
