Help Focus CC 2007 rear window problem

Hi.

I send to repair rear windows of my Focus CC MK2.

I mount the windows, but I have a issue.

I need press 4 times up or down window. The windows up or down 5cm each time.

I test:

When de windows is up press 20 second the botton to up

Down the windows  (push 4 times down)

Push 20 second the botton 

No result 

When de windows is up press 5 second the botton to up

Down the windows  (push 4 times down)

Push 5 second the botton 

No result

Any idea?
