No Dip Headlights

Hope there is someone out there to help. I am not able to dip my headlights, all the lights work on main beam but I am unable to dip them. I've checked the fuses they are ok. Would appreciate some Ideas.

    Could be failed Switch or relay

    sounds to me like a failed switch. should be able to get one in a scrappy easy enough i would think.

    I know it might be an obvious thing to say but have you checked the bulbs? More one of them IT solutions when they say have you tried restarting the pc lol
