Can anyone help me out I'm just wondering if a 1.6tdci gearbox out of a ford c max will fit into the 1.8tdci c max as my gearbox is nackerd and have a 1.6tdci box any comments welcome

The gearbox should be fine I believe, I dont think there are any dimension differences in them...
