BefocuST
Hi all!! I am currently converting a Focus saloon -06 to a hybrid between the ST and RS model!! It will be the Mk2 ST look on the outside (pre facelift). And an almost complete RS interior!! It will soon also be a EMMA sound competition car if all goes well!! The pictures are from a not yet ready system:-) I have a question for you: Is it possible to fit the facelift (I think you call it Mk2.5) side mirrors with indicators on my car?? Today I only have indicators on the front fenders:-( I hope you like my car!! b4zz
looking good so far and like the alloys. also liking the rs front seats. can I ask if they where a straight swap from the standard seats
BefocuST
Hi!! Thanks!! There is no problem changing the seats. They fit good both front and rear:-) I have still not connected the cable under the front seat. So the "airbag" light is still on. But this will hopefully be solved:-) I also changed the whole center console, so it's almost a complete RS interior!! I also have the doorcards , but they don't fit since my doors are "shorter" // Anders Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

Stoney871
Did you fit an extra power socket to the front position by the gear surround or are you planning a power start button? I fitted an RS console a few months back and wired in a socket and also made the one in the tray under the armrest live too. If you needed a loom making I would quite happily oblige. Very interested in the audio side of things for what you have planned as I am just finishing my audio upgrade in my car and always trying to learn something new from other projects :)

Sent from my SM-G900F using Ford OC mobile app I am not sure what to do with the hole!! It will not be at Start button at the moment:-) And I don't think I will need some more power socket than the original under the radio.... I did a custom solution for my phone since I use bluetooth a lot!! Thanx // Anders Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

Very interested in the audio side of things for what you have planned as I am just finishing my audio upgrade in my car and always trying to learn something new from other projects :) Hi!! I will use the OEM Headunit together with a Audison Bitten processor I will use a Audison AV5.1k (5 channels) amplifier for the system. There will be A-pillars with a 3" + 1" Audison Voce speaker. Using a passive filter so that I can use only two channels:-) And two Audison Voce coax Speakers in each door for mid base!! The coax also gives me the chance to play 20-20khz with the doors open in Demo mode:-) Behind the rear seat I have installed two 12" Audison AV12 subwoofers. The Audison processor are installed in the middle of the subs, and on the rear side of the amplifier rack!! PS!! None of the pictures are 100% complete!! DS!! It will be ready within a few weeks..... // Best regards Anders Redigh Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
Hassen
That is some serious bit of kit you got there! I dare not ask the price of the whole thing :PI have read up about Audison but never had the chance to hear them in person. Are you going to bother with rear Speakers at all? Any sort of advice for extracting the best out of a sound system. This is my sound project if you had an recommendations. Thanks http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/52338-2014-upgrades/

Any sort of advice for extracting the best out of a sound system. This is my sound project if you had an recommendations. Thanks Hi!! Sorry for the late reply:-( The system is not that expensive. In pound I think it would be around 2500!! I will keep the Rear OEM speaker in place, and they are still connected to the radio. I do not have some special device for the sound. I want to keep it as simple as I can!! I really like the Focal speaker that you are using. I used that brand earlier, but I wanted to try something else:-) // Anders http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/52338-2014-upgrades/ Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
Hassen
No worries man. That's not a lot of money compared to other brands. And, I like your advice about sound and trying to do the same here on a smaller budget. Love the Focal Speakers and highly recommended. Best of luck with the build and will be following the progress.

BefocuST
Time for an update:-) Last weekend I went to a big car show here in Sweden.... So I wanted to get as much as possible ready for the show!! I reused the hood from my old car to get a better look. And yes it is airbrushed:-) I finally got most of the cover done behind the rear seat!! I also wanted to do something with the boot lid. So I decided to get a 3D sign made.... So here is a picture of the almost complete trunk with lights on:-) And another with lights on behind rear seat!! I did two competitions with EMMA and got two 4th places. But the best part is that I won the Ford class....:-) I hope you like the pictures:-) Bye for now!! // Anders Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

Hassen
Thanks man. I will have to look around as I live in Ireland and delivery charges to here, even though we are only across the water, is ridiculous. How do you find the Bit Ten?
