Looking at fitting a Remote CL to my 97 Gal. Already has manual Cl so can anyone recommend

a remote CL kit which will convert mine?

I've read somewhere that all is needed is a short duration pulse to the existing ECU to open/close the doors? I did this to a Saxo using an Arrow 5 alarm unit and it worked very well but I don't want to go the expense of one of those!
