has any body replaced the screen on top of the dash with an android screen. seen a couple of Chinese examples but worry about build quality and how well it integrates with the features of the car steering controls, using setting menus etc. something like this http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/7-inch-touch-screen-car-dvd_60016365279.html

thought this would be a good idea is i would be able to pic a sat nav app off play store and get rid of portable unit off the windscreen.

has any body fitted one if so what they like?

other option is to fit an aftermarket head unit but i like the look of the sony but £150+ for all the adapters before you even buy a radio seem a bit steep. but do like the look of this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sony-XSP-N1BT-Double-Din-Smartphone-Cradle-Dock-Receiver-Player-Bluetooth-USB/191538418498? again worry how well will it integrate with car features.
