dfoord
Hello all you brains out there My parking sensors have stopped all i get when i select Reverse is a long beep then nothing until i turn off engine then the next time i start and select reverse a long beep then nothing Etc Etc does anyone know if i unplugged all of the sensors and then tried reverse should i still hear a beep or not ? i am assuming that if i took it to a garage it might be expensive ? is there any way i can test the Parking aid module ? I've tried a code reader and no codes stored and I've tried the dash self test obviously I've cleaned sensors any help?thoughts would be fantastic Focus 2.0 titanium automatic
wilto
Had a similar issue with mine, I selected reverse with ignition on I then unplugged each sensor in turn until the constant beep went off, I managed to find the sensor that was playing up by putting my hand over each sensor in turn popped it out of the bumper gave it good clean put it all back together and it solved the problem
