I couldn't imagine driving anything else over there. I haven't been to America since I was a child, but it would have to be my rental car of choice.

Roads and parking spaces are made for them in the US. Its bigger than a Mondeo, so massively impracticable over here. I find the Focus too big to park.

i plan on going when im over 21 in a few years when the funds are better, im 20 now but it wouldnt be fun to taxi everywhere, ill 100% be having a little extra saving pot for a 5L mustang, when we've gone with the family in the past we've had massive minivans which are cool since they are 3-5L machines but arent fun to drive. 

not going to lie but when i eventually do get to drive one over there ill be looking for a quiet road.

Hey Guys. Just joined the club but not new to the Ford scene. Hopefully you can make some space for my Mk2.5 Focus on your stand. Will be buying my ticket later.

Can't believe I haven't got round to buying one of these yet...

But will definitely be there, ticket is a good present for relatives to get, it's my 18th in a week and can't think of anything apart from a personal plate! 

Will probably come on my own, but will see if a few friends want to tag along. Will be nice to meet some of you no doubt!

So did i , but ended with a ghia version & turned it into xr2. Then later onto xr3i as couldnt afford rs turbo.

quick question when do the tickets come through the post or is a different method.

I thought I'd read somewhere about it being an e-ticket but can't find that info at the moment.

Historically they get sent out a couple of weeks before the event.

also to everyone does any stand sell eibach 35mm springs there its an extra £14 per month on the insurance so i want to buy some.

hi rob, club camping is £33 and turn up on day entry for club is £23, theres also a £3 booking fee

make sure if you do book use trevor's link on the first post on page 1 and follow the instructions on there.

It's under "Ford Owners Club". (without quotes).

@Rob2017 not sure which part your from but i think i saw you put brum in  another post so im guessing birmingham, im from telford and im camping if you fancy convoying down with a few others from midlands,

Would love to do it, but think i'll still be shattered from my holland trip (2 trucks shows and few days in amsterdam). If i'm feeling good i'll pop up on the sunday to ave alook around, never been one. Something i would like to start showing my car at when it's up to the standard i want it. 

I've just signed up to FOC. Hope y'all dont mind me coming on your stand, either that or the non club one... Cars on std wheels and suspension im afraid, planning on detailing it before then though.. its got small modifications...
