Hesitation At 2-2.5 Revs

Im driving a 09 1.4 tdci Ford Fiesta , at 2 to 2.5 revs it feels like a misfire /hesitation, in both hot and cold situations

my car has been in to the ford garage and had 2 engine regens carried out

Is any one else having this fault ???
