The double-DIN Ford 6000 CD player in my '97 model Mondeo doesn't read CD's for some reason. Is this a common problem? Might it just be something a lens cleaner could fix??

I have found this to be quite a common problem with Ford units, i wouldn't bother using a lens cleaner they dont really work. If you have a audio repair place near by i would take it there to have it looked at.
