Putting Wheels On, Not That Simple?

Featured Replies

Hiya folks,

Next week I will be putting some Focus Zetec S sport pack 18" wheels on my car. I've changed wheels before but I'm aware that it isn't as simple as that.

Once I have put the wheels on, do I need to get the tracking done?

No need to have the tracking done after changing wheels

Providing you fit the correct profile tyres it should hust be a case of swapping wheels

should be ok ryan i went from 16" wheels to 18" st wheels only problem i had was the old wheels had seized on but quick tap with a rubber mallet and they all came off.

what about speedo reading difference? what are you going from and to? tyre/rim/ratio size?

Don't go any bigger or smaller than 22540r18 and you speedo should be fine as that size will be the correct up size for all focus's as the st runs it.
