Spark Plug Gap?

I think my spark plugs are overdue for replacement so I bought some official Ford ones online, but I can't find any mention of the correct gap in the owner's manual or the Haynes manual. Asked at a Ford dealer and they say 0.9mm - 1mm. Can anyone confirm this? Also, do new spark plugs come with the correct gap already set?

the plugs should already be preset but it is good to check they are all the same

Thanks for the advice, however I've now heard of 3 different gaps to use ranging from 0.9mm to 1.3mm. How did you find out it was supposed to be 1.3? I still need to measure the new plugs so I'll post again later.

If the official ford ones you bought are the correct part, measure them all, they should all be the same and being the genuine part they will be the correct gap

I had another look in the Haynes manual but still can't find any information on the gap. The front sections are introduction followed by roadside repairs, however in the servicing specifications section it says "spark plugs - refer to Ford dealer or parts specialist". The plugs are AYFS22CB. I still need to measure the new plugs, couldn't find a checking tool so might have to go and buy one.
