An update in Spring will give Ford Sync in the Fiesta the ability to call the nearest pizza places and order pizza for you without even calling the place... I feel diddled. 2011fiesta Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 I'm sure "MyFord Touch" which is the touch screen interface linked to "Ford Sync by Microsoft", was supposed to by lauched globally like last year or something, or at least to the UK.Still no sign though.Maybe we'll eventually see MyFord Touch arrive as part of the mk3 Focus facelift, or lauched with the all-new Mondeo, (which is already out in saloon form in the US as their new Fusion - which features MyFord Touch like all American Fords). Although if I knew the pizza phone number off by heart and had a lot of time and patience I could do it in my car. Just too much hassle. 2011fiesta Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 I've often used my fiesta's (pre-sync) voice commands and said 'Dial Name', 'South Gosforth Chinese ' and just spoke to the person while heading over to collect it. Admittedly its not as impressive as the car locating nearby eaterys and placing your order. But thinking back this isn't entirely new - when the Fiesta was first reintroduced to America around 2010 I think, (as a 2011 model) they had Sync with location services right from the off....
