ScottishOne
So I picked up my ST3 Estate 4 days early after pestering my local Ford dealership, and I am taken away with the quality and clarity of the Sony sound system - It really is as good as a Bentley's Naim sound system, if not better! (I work for Guy Salmon aka. Europcar Prestige so in and out of them) Anyway any time I attempt to tune to my favourite radio stations and save the selection it is automatically re-tuning itself to the next available station (which is Radio Ramadhan with a lot of traditional indian music which isn't really my taste ) Is there possible something wrong with the system or am I just being stupid? Any help would be appreciated.
Turvey
Not sure if it's the same set-up as mine, but are you holding down the number you want it stored on button for long enough? ie Find Radio 1 and press and hold down the number 1 button. I think it goes off for a second and then comes back on? It should then be stored.
jeebowhite
Hi Mark, As Kevin says, it should be a case of just pressing and holding the number down. Tune to your favoured station, then press and hold number 1 for example, when its stored, you should hear a "blip" in the radio, so the station should go quiet for a moment then back to normal, thats when it has been saved. ScottishOne
Hi Guys and thanks for the tips, eventually got it working last night, Was only doing it was Capital FM and tuning to another station. After moving to a different location it stopped automatically retuning so think it might have been something to do with the signal? Will keep my eye on it anyway.
