Management Warning Light & Loss Of Power

I have a c max 08 plate and the management warning light was flashing and the car became sluggish. Took it to my local garage and they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and came back as cylinder 4 mis fire. They have fitted me a new set of ignition leads took it out on a test drive and all was ok. Went out later that day all still ok.

This morning same thing happened again went back to garage same reading on diagnostic machine this time they have replaced the coil pack and spark plugs.

Again been on a test drive and all seems ok. However time will tell in the morning.

Just wondering if they are clutching a straws with what they have replaced or is this likely to of fixed the issue?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Without access to the codes they read it's difficult to say.

Obviously diagnostics pointed them to the ignition circuit.

Sometimes a code will point to one component but this can often be a symptom rather than a cause.

Replacing one thing can easily move the fault further up the chain until the root cause becomes apparrent.
