Clicking Noise And Window Problems

Hi all. Two little problems that I hope someone can answer. I have a late 2010 2L Mondeo 140hp with the EU5 engine. I have the car for about a month now. Since I bought it I have noticed a low but audible fast clicking noise when I switch off the engine. It lasts for about 3 seconds. Not all the time but more often than not. The AC and heating fan are off. The car has only 36k miles on it and has a full Ford service history. There also seams to be no kick in the pants when you hit the throttle but it does gain speed quickly. The second problem is while washing it the other day I stooped down, with the remote in my pocket, and all the windows opened! I can understand having the facility to close the windows by remote but to open them? I can find no reference to it in the hand book. Has anybody experienced similar. Still I love the car so hoping alls ok.

If I hold the unlock button all the windows go down but if I hold the lock button only three windows close. The off side read passenger stays open. Any suggestions?

What's the point in being grown up if you can't act childish every now and then?!

The window probabaly needs resetting, does it open and close like the others if not it needs to be reset can't remember how to do it, but is something like hold the window in the open position then close it and hold for about 10 sec
