Can someone please please save my sanity and point me in the right direction to sort my mk4 electrics out

Firstly the central locking just clicks and doesn't engage,I've locked at both motors and they both appear to move/be working

Secondly the heater control/blower doesn't work ie it doesn't blow

Help me please before I go mad!!!!
