Easyfuel funnel problem

Hi

I'm having difficulty with the funnel supplied with my Fiesta for the Easyfuel. I can't get it fully in. It goes about half way then feels as if it's maxed. I've tried angling it differently after it's in but it's stuck. So when I go to add stuff it just dribbles out. I have no problem with pumps at the petrol station they go in fine.

Any tips/help would be massively appreciated. Thanks :)
