artscot79 Posted October 9, 2016 Share Posted October 9, 2016 on start up it should hit 1500 rpm and then drop to just over 1100 rpm then decrease a bit more no egr on the petrol most likely the pcv valve if it stays at 2000 rpm for any period of time it may indicate an issue since it has no idle control valve its likely a throttle sensor or some gunk in the throttle body try some redex and see how it goes if its still an issue ide have diagnostics done to prevent spending money on bits Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
