Rattling coming from the drivers side

I've had my fiesta for just over a year. It's been sat on a mates drive for about a month as swapped cars. We got my car back yesterday and noticed a rattling noise. It's a noise like a spanner hitting metal, it's coming from the drivers side, my other half's brother has a look and has no idea what it can be. Has anyone got any ideas???
