Fusion gear stick apron

Having problems with a very loose apron on a Ford Fusion 1.4 gear stick. Any one else met them s and any suggestions please. Peteru

I thought it was a stiff rubber one on the Fusion, same as the Mk6 Fiesta?  Not much you can do if that's loose.  If it's a leather one, you can pull it inside out and put a cable tie around the thin end where the knob end, then refit the lower part again.
