boss86
Hi All, Newbie here, need some urgent help please. I was in the process of cleaning my throttle body due to having idle revs flickering issues. While cleaning the throttle body i accidently broke the little plastic nut/screw the goes through the plastic body which holds a spring and a metal pin. and now my car wont start over. I need to buy a replacement throttle body which i can get of *bay but all these part numbers are confusing the hell out of me. My throttle body has the following numbers 2S6U-FA Visteon VP 2S6U-9E927-F. However the next part is the confusing part where it has 12 little boxes etched with the numbers 4-1 on one side and 05 on the otherside, does this part matter? Any help would really be apprichiated. THANKS.

That is a date code for the mould used to make the casting. Month & year. So it will change with each batch made, even if identical.
