Morrisg
Hello I have just added dash cam to my Mondeo 2015 Hybrid via front Cig lighter socket but notice that when I turn ignition off and close up the car power is still running to dash cam and it stays on. Same with rear passenger socket as well. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Jonro2009
The 12v sockets remain live on the Mk5 for 90mins after the car is turned off. You can reduce this using FORscan or as above you can find a switched live in the fuse box under the glovebox. I moderate the UKs most active Facebook group for the MK5, if you would like to join then send me a PM. We will be able to answer all your questions.

gg1234635
The setting is under BCM 726-39-01. You can change this as mentioned by jonro2009 using a program called Forscan
