help & guide needed. keyless remote not working

my car is keyless keyfree on a focus mk2.5 titanium . i had a warning come up in cluster . ' remote battery low , change battery , as soon as i got home i changed battery but it does not work keyless system

i have 2 remotes & 2 keys .

 

The keys unlock & lock but doesn't start car.

where else the remotes key tibbe blade does manually lock/ unlock car .

I have tried the key programming stated in handbook . but no luck .can anyone shed some light ?

or if someone near me can help me ?

i'm in Dewsbury west yorks.

Have you put the battery in the right way round, somewhere in the back of my mind a remember a post about the manual showing the battery the wrong way.

ok finally managed to get 2 remotes to work & the the cloned key . but the original blade key does not .

although the spare blade key locks unlocks doors & starts car i still get key outside car warning & chime warning ??
