Mark M.K
Some of you may of noticed my car didn't look too clean at last sunday's meet. So today seeing as the weather was good for a good clean, i decided i'll give it the full works. :) Heres the results:
titanium_s_spec
mine looks as good as that when it's clean in red
Barky
Very very nice I agree black is best (when cleaned) but sadly as i'm not an often car cleaner i'm going to order a sea grey fiesta. Black cars tend to look dirty very quickly which is such a shame..
Flic
Looks good Mark. You know Vision is best though, hides a multitude of sins...
Gazjs
Very nice Mark Always like the depth of shine you get out a black car. Unfortuantly, mine wont be seeing a shine like that until this weather actually rises above 0 at nights

lmclaney
Looks fantastic in black. I was starting to worry that maybe I should have gone for a white, but you've just confirmed to me that black is definitely better!

DanGull
It does look good - as well maintained black always does. :) Can you tell us what you did Mark? White's still best though, doesn't eggshell for a start like picture 3 :P <runs away>

DanGull
eggshell/orange peel - whatever you want to call it. I'm jesting - I love the look of the car and it's great work.

thesilverfox
Machine polishing can get rid of it in some cases, but it's a bit overkill on some paint - especially if it's not all that thick to start with. Best to wait until the car really needs it - you can only really tell up very close or on photos. Walking by, you'd never really notice. That said, I had a black ST170. I will never, ever have a black car again. Ever. Looked stunning, but far too much hard work to keep clean and by far one of the easiest colours to see swirling and imperfections. Mark M.K
Theres no scratches on my car Dan! how rude I used a number of different products which is a very long list, and took 7 hours to apply
Nug878
I agree black is the best colour ... Although the one thing I don't like about it is black cars show up dust really badly. I used to have a black Mk3 Vauxhall Astra, and to go to college I always drive through Cardiff docks. Thus the car was always be covered in a greyish dust. Stupidly the one time it was so bad I took it to a jet wash in the night to clean it up a bit... Only in the morning when I could see the car properly it looked like a fat zebra.
