Flickering yellow light behind center of blue engine RPM indicator arm

My 2012 Ford Focus SE, 2.0L w/172K miles recently started showing a flickering yellow light right behind the engine RPM indicator arm (arm is light blue in color) (the very left gauge).  It flickers on and off between 5 and 10 minutes after starting up and driving.  Never seen this happen before.  Any idea what this could indicate?  I recently replaced the EVAP vent valve solenoid and Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid in the last month.
