Was talking to a mate and we were saying that we reckon anyone that gets caught doing something stupid on the road (that would get Points) should be given the option to have that paint job sprayed on their car in a form of temporary paint, like a month or something.... They'd have to pay for it in the form of a fine which they'd get anyway, and that way they wouldn't have to get points....

If that happened to me I'd use the fiance's car and park mine in a garage untill the time is up ha

I will be Ian don't worry I won't burn bridges with my actual operations manager just with the site manager who isn't fit to be a manager ha prob wont even bother sending him my notice though just the other manager should do the trick trust me if I walked into my dream job interview and he was the guy interviewing me I'd walk out straight away wouldn't be a dream job if he was the boss ;) but thanks Ian I prob won't burn bridges anyway as I'm not likely to see sed manager anyway

No worries, just didn't want you to do something daft.. I've had it in the past with ex employers and ex employees, the danger with telling them where to stick it, or even being sh**ty with them is that they might talk, especially ex employees, the danger is that if you really tell them how much of a useless lazy waste of breath they are, they might start talking to other people and putting bad opinions out there... a gritted grin and a hard handshake is always the best way to end things, at least then if they kick off you've got all the pointers to say "nope, I just smiled and shook his hand"... not my fault he's unhinged..

Best of luck... I don't know what it is you're going for etc, but do your research on the company and the job title. Think about things that make you better than the rest and things you need to improve on in yourself, don't make yourself sound like a halfwit, but if you get asked about anything like that don't be like "I need to stop being such a perfectionist and a workaholic", or some BS like that haha .. Anyway... Telling you how to suck eggs there, I'm sure you know. Best of luck again.
