Accidentally caught our Son winking at himself when photographing this mirror in "The Range" 😀 looks better in GIF. Format,

pictures were taken around this time last year  when he was three but my phone has automatically created this GIF which I thought I'd share, 20181219_184106.thumb.gif.630ce0a074c3a637227cac1030ebd77e.gif

I do like getting the all clear from the doctor further to a cancer scare.  Still got lots of problems in my life but at least now I've (hopefully) got a lot of time to deal with them.

  • I do like finally finishing a model kit I first started 5 and a half years ago.  It's a very special model that i was supposed to finish by the time the aircraft took her final flights across the UK

I am now the proud owner of a laser engraver.

A 40w chinese import (quite a good quality one looking at it).  £400 machine for £75 😁

Now to start modding it...

A little update on the tank. Been around 3 months now and to update I have lost 3 fish and 2 shrimps sadly however my water parameters have been spot on with no increase in ammonia and nitrites which both are toxic to fish. The moss has grown and plants look to be shooting up now.

In the beginning. DSC_0579.thumb.JPG.3ce35b945fb8f16bd2c48cab08259e3f.JPG

Added a black background and moss to the wood. DSC_0591.thumb.JPG.3dea675335f27274b11478ade70aab80.JPG

Now after 3 months. Added more plants in. DSC_0683.thumb.JPG.13da368a2f3189d9011b122561ff78e0.JPGDSC_0684.thumb.JPG.b59aa5dd20bae839890ff6052630bf12.JPG

Been seeing some baby shrimps. Caught the mother carrying some eggs

Looks like Michael Caine was over for a visit; where's the doors gone? 😅

Lol back then me and my dad wanted to empty the tank so we could move that and the cabinet. The cabinet level was a mil facing down the front which wouldn't cause no problems but my dad wanted to add a spacer under it so it shifts the level dead centre or a mil facing the wall. As the tank was empty we fitted the background on as we were able to lift it and rotate it. Sadly bubbles are forming on the background. Might look at removing it and painting the glass.

I do like this toy I picked up for our Son on Amazon, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01MUAJ2NR?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title

It works well and gathering up Lego pieces and he enjoys using it himself

Picks up Lego or small toys, says it's full then you dump it in a toy box or container of choice

Has rubber propellers inside

I do like the old 70's sitcoms that get repeated at this time of year, they don't make 'em like they used to!!

My favourite is mind your own language. There was another one I might start watching where it had rowan Atkinson as a police man.

Yeah that's it 😅

Parked next to this zetec s in the tesco car park. Looks in mint condition. Saw the owner and asked what wax he uses. He said he doesn't know as he takes it to the hand car wash 🤣. Couldn't tel if he was an enthusiast as I think he wanted to go before it rained. Mines in a bit of a state but plan on cleaning it next week or the week after.

And a VW/audi  who'd of thought it would have got that far!! 😂😂😂

Absolutely love the Snowman

Ever since as far back as I can remember; I grew up in the country side and used to dream of the Snowman arriving and taking me away to fly 😅

Took my own kids to see if last Christmas in front of a live orchestra was fantastic,

The Snowman to me is Christmas start to finish 26 minutes long my number one memory of being a child at Christmas.

Although it's about death and the magic someone can bring I think it's absolutely fantastic

Kids these days though probably prefer the Dub Step version 😂 is there anything untouchable these days

Or this one 😁 which isint too bad like I'm feeling the euphoria

Being a Scotsman I much prefer the 'real' version 😀

And the new version as well.

I do like being in the kitchen making an Orkney Fudge cheesecake for tomorrow, playing Planet Rock with the only female in the house who does what she's told......

I grew up in a small Lincolnshire village and it was lovely when it snowed. We used to get snowed in because we weren't on any bus routes and it was fantastic.
As a family we always watched The Snowman at Christmas.

That euphoria remix isn't that bad at all. It's probably one of the best I've heard of it (a lot better than dubstep).

Things I Do Like - Chocolate Bailey's.

Half choc Bailey's half full fat milk, lovely!

Sat here drinking that and munching on a box of assorted Lindor. Yes, I can feel the fat piling on but it's Christmas!

9pm - Time for another thing I like Gold Rush! Love that programme, watched every episode from the beginning.

A bottle of Taylors port to kick out my flu bug. [emoji1784][emoji57]
