Installing bluetooth module 6000CD, groundcable question

Hello all,

I have got a Ford Focus 2 (2005) Hatchback with a Sony 6000CD radio. I am trying to install a bluetooth module, but I have got one question. Underneath you will see my radio version, the module I bought and the instruction. The connector fits in the radio, I connected the 12V-cable with a POSI-tap, but I don't know what to do with the groundcable (see picture below), as there is a cable in the place the groundcable should be installed (see picture below). Is there anyone who can help me? I can't find information about this specific question.

Thanks and greetings,

Guido

You could extend the cable and attach it to any body mounted metal bolt or clip.

Guido, when you have it installed, could you post a photo of the module connector in situ? I have exactly the same unit (6000) and would love it to be able to pair with my phone, but am unclear how the connector would work, and also, how it operates when fitted....
