Good day you beautiful specimens. This is my first post, and I couldn't find the same problem in the forums.

The car un question is 2008 mondeo with a 140 2.0tdci engine.

I bought this car from an auction, so i couldn't physically see the leak.

It seems that diesel is leaking (spraying) from a bottom cover of the fuel pump. I don't know if this cover has a seal. I tried looking for repair kits, but it seems that there are no seals same shape as this cover. Are there repair kits for my problem, or will.i have to look for a replacement unit? Btw my pump.is siemens. Thank you

Hi and welcome to the forum. Have you tried tightening any of those female torx bolts and the gland nuts? If not, I'd try there first.

Is the leak coming from the gland on the fuel pipe or from that square plate? If its from the gland on the fuel pipe, then you've got no option but to undo it and see if the fluted end is distorted... if it is, then it needs to be replaced if tightening it up doesn't cure it.
