Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and try again. Sounds like it's a dct 250 powershift auto?

If it is, does the shift position on cluster flash on and off?

Is it stuck in gear or is it in park ?

What is the battery voltage measured at the terminals ?

Hi, I'm lucky to find this conversation. Please what is the Way out of this situation? I just bought a bmax and I've not enjoyed it 3 weeks down the line.
