Puma Sync 3 and map updates

I've just updated my Sync 3 using a USB stick to version 3.4.

Ford website now says there's a map update available.  I'm already on F10 - is this F11 or just an F10 update?

It might just be the map voice files it is updating.

If it’s the 8.2 GB update, leave it, as it’s an error that’s well documented on many forums. Your car’s fine without it.

No, its a 23.7 GB update....

Our internet is too slow to download all this and I was going to make a visit to my sister's where there's a faster connection.....

Well, it downloaded something, but the files now won't extract, so I'm going to give up, unless someone else has something positive to report...?
