Fred1979
Hello. I own a 2.0l 55 plate focus Cmax and I’m looking to save myself a couple of ££ and changing the glow plugs myself. Are they easy to locate and replace myself? I’ve not had much luck with google etc. we’ve just spent nearly £1000 on replacing a control module behind the dash and also both pairs of track rod ends and wheel bearings. Thank you. TomsFocus
Which size engine? Being totally honest, if they're original they'll be well and truly seized in by now. It'll be best left to a garage who will be able to fix it if one of the plugs snaps and drops into the cylinder.
Fred1979
It’s a 2.0l. I’ve no idea if they’re the original plugs or if they’ve been replaced and when.
TomsFocus
Ok, thanks. They're down the back of your engine. Between the engine itself and the EGR cooler. This is a very rough approximate of where they are. You can't actually see them on this picture.
