Chris Powell
Ok - Maybe some of you guys here could help me.... Some of you might have seen in my other post that I have a MK1 (2001) focus that i've just bought... The lady who had it before had an old brick Nokia hands free kit in there. Speaker box mounted in passenger footwell, microphone coming out of the reading light, and a stupid aerial mounted on top at the back. Now, I managed to remove everything and most of the wiring, but the aerial remains. I want to remove it, and replace it with an actual radio aerial at the back and remove my existing stock aerial. Now, does anyone have any experience filling holes like this? Is it something I could do myself or is it not recommended? I've never done anything like it before. Also, afterwards it would obviously need colour matching.. how tricky is this too? Just trying to save a bit of money and try something for myself! :D Attached a picture too - what colour is this? :D
