Over the last year I have been collecting many different people's stories about their romantic and funny

experiences in cars for an art installation called 'Back Seat Confessions'

I am also collecting funny car images that people would like to contribute

.. I am particularly interested in stories relating to romance, arguments and funny incidents to include in

the narratives ..

I would be delighted if you'd like to contribute your images or stories to the project -

Please also get in touch if you'd like your car to feature in the installation - I am ideally looking for a

Capri or Escort for the day on Sat 28th June for The Fling Festival in Chelmsford...

Just be good guys, dont go posting pictures of your ex's peering out the steamy windows without their consent ;)

It doesnt have to be salacious, but i expect there are lots of stories to tell about your experiences in and around cars that would be great to include in the project- anonymously if you wish- i dont need long essays- can be just a couple of sentences ,or an image/ s

The images will be projected inside the car as part of a whole slide show of material and we will be writing the anecdotes in the steamed up windows..

Is anyone willing to bring a car we could use to Chelmsford for the occasion in return for a festival ticket?

all i can say is.

it is possible in a fiat x19. :lol:

Theres a lot of things that have happened in my car, just not quite back seat action, I could probably write a book of my own :p

i used to have a ford galaxy mk1 and 2,once the seats were removed it was like a double bed.

if the cars a rockin dont come a knocking :D

as for the fiat x19 still brings tears to my eyes as the gear stick was bang in the middle, :lol:

haha date night! its more like we can slip off to the cinema for a couple of hours here and there but seldom is it later than 5pm!

And I am sure that trying to get uo to a bit of nookie in the back seat in sunlight is just asking for trouble! :p

When we were buying our house back in 2007 we were saving like mad for furniture....a bag of chips sat in the car in car park up the side of mountain /large hill is as romantic as it got. .....anyways sat in the car eating our chips windows fogged up up pulls another car so close that the wing mirrors were touching & a big ugly mug staring straight into my window. ...needless to say I never dropped reverese so fast in my life lol

Is eating chips code for something else in Ireland? Lol.

Argument & hormones. ...after a good hour journey on the train on hot summers day + 8months pregnant...walking back to the car catching your partner checking out another woman I jumped in the car locked the doors & gave him the fingers I drove up the road felt a bit guiltly stopped he was about to get in & hormones kicked in & I drove off & left him lol
