craigdavid1987
I was looking at replacing the ambient lighting in my fiesta from red to blue, has anyone ever done this before, and is it easy or hard?! The red lights are above the glovebox, in the door cards and in the interior light. I've put some pictures in of the lighting I was looking at replacing, advice greatly welcomed!! Nathan54771
The glovebox light can be changed to blue easily, see my project thread for pictures. Purchase a blue led 30cm strip from eBay and Use this guide.... http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/11992-the-ambient-lighting-installation-guide/page-4 The roof courtesy ambient lighting would require re soldering new blue LEDs in and is abit more tricky. The door card lights are a solid unit and can't be changed to blue, you would have to fit blue strips in the door, wire it into the existing wiring and remove the red light unit (just unclips from behind door card) Hope this helps :)
