I have fitted osram cool blue intense bulbs to my car but they don't seem very bright and the beam doesn't go very far. When I'm driving the left light is always pointing on the pavement and it's brighter than the right side I've fiddled with the bulbs but they seem to be in properly any ideas what's wrong.
