Water Bottle Cap Problem

Does anyone else have the problem off their water bottle cap Breaking every time they take it off. I have had three aftermarket ones and they are Ok for a couple of months but then they fall apart the cap comes away from the seal inside. So the only way to top the water up is to break the cap.

So just wondering if this is common and if a genuine one should sort the trick out
