Dropped to zero about 3 miles from the filling station but still made it...

I think the previous owner must have run round on the red light permanently and worn the sender out as it just suddenly drops at the bottom end once it's into double figures.  Gutted I didn't make the 600 from this tank though, fitted 52 litres in so probably couldn've just squeezed another 8.6 miles out.

Anyone got bad signal on virgin mobile, although its on EE Network it doesn't get full EE Bands i have found out my house picks up bad signal on 4G and had to go onto 3G.

Yes mate checked the online one and the App you install,the rooms in my house are very bad anyway like room to room can drop signal to 0.

Was on Vodafone from day 1 on PAYG but had a sim only deal on Virgin Mobile as got Full Virgin package t.v so £8 a month unlimited on all (data/calls/text) and EE thinking can't be any worse but it's at least 1 or 2 bar lower on 4G which can mean from a signal to nothing,not got 5G but 4G does me,gone down to 3G so i get a good 2 more bars.

 

That you can't look at what you have sold on eBay over 90 days only if you go through PayPal site but you can look at brought items upto 3 years.

I don't like receiving notification in work to say that my annual performance review is approaching where I have to write in various categories to explain my achievements and downfalls throughout 2020 

It is then reviewed and judged followed by a meeting with my boss to tell me how he thinks I did; which is then the final say. 

I'm always in work 30 minutes early I work six days per week and haven't missed a day in over four years, and I've done some six sigma projects saving them 76k annually going forward; so I shouldn't be worried; however I think they should forget about doing a performance review this year considering the restrictions; work has become everything to myself and others during lockdown, as there's nothing else to do except sit at home; so I've given my job everything this year and for that I don't like having to submit for review; 

Others didn't attend during lockdown for no health reason; and received full pay for six months; then were able to sell there unused holidays back to the company for cash, we worked six days per week right through the first and now second lockdown and got no token of appreciation; can't even get a coffee in the canteen these days. 

Overall I don't think the present time is anyway good to judge someone's performance if there maintaining a standard as was achieved in 2019 it should be saw as an achievement in 2020.  

What's an annual review?? I've had 1 in 40 yrs working and that was In 2018 which was 20mins I will never get back. 😂😂😂

I used to get one pretty much like Lenny every year, and had to do a similar review of everyone who reported to me. It was ok actually, but then some consultant introduced our directors to the concept of 360 degree reviews for managers. So you had your normal review with the person you reported to, your own team had to say what they thought of you as a boss, and your peer group - other managers on a similar level with whom you regularly interacted - had their say as well. Nightmare!😱

 

 

I've got no one to report to me😭😭, but that's not so bad being at the bottom of the ladder so to speak. I get to shake the ladder and see who falls out😂😂😂.

My bosses are good though and just let us get on with the work at what ever pace we like individually. My boss says we are coin operated . Put the money in The slot and off we go!!! 

We're meant to get annual assessments (local council) can't remember the last one I had, probably 4 or 5 years ago. 

We get a form to fill out with questions such as "What do you think has been your greatest achievement this year?" apparently "Not running anyone over" isn't the correct answer! 😆 I'm a truck driver, what else do you want me to say? 🙄

After 2 or 3 years of the same questions I asked my line manager if there were any concerns or questions from higher up regarding my work. "Never heard anything" came the reply. "So, this is a self-assessment then, not an assessment!" Tumbleweed moment.........

I think I may just have to begin doing as I threatened and start deleting mis-posts without warning instead of being kind and moving them.

You can just use 'latest posts' if it bothers you...I think we've seen from the pandemic that people can't or won't follow simple rules.  

I never search the individual forums myself...which, I admit, does occasionally lead to giving a Focus answer to a Fiesta question.
