Noticed a strange sound on the car tonight when locking it.

double pressed the drivers door as always to lock ,the mirrors folded
then about 10 seconds after there was some very strange sounds coming
from somewhere around the drivers door / front area very strange even my
neighbor asked what it was as he was stood near the car when i locked
it,i have no idea, i tried to replicate it and it did it again.i came in
went out to try and record the sounds but i can t make it do it again.

To help get an idea, what sort of noise was it?

i would say an electronic noise not a mechanical if that makes sense.

if it does it again tomorrow i will try and record it on my phone.

Mine occasionally makes a louder noise than normal after the mirrors fold. Like a deeper noise than the mirrors folding, it's probably normal! I think it ends, then starts again very briefly twice.

First time I noticed it me and my dad who was looking at it at the time both turned around but thought nothing of it.

i think it may make the noise after unlocking and entering the car after a good few hours. does it sound like some vents opening?

it sounds like an electronic noise rather than a mechanical sound if that makes sense.
