hi guys my sony 6 cd player in my mondy has given up the ghost and wont play cds

i am going to buy a single cd sony player the same but was wondering if it fits

its the cdx-fs214 cd/mp3 player but it has come out of a 55 plate focus c max

would it be a straight swap
